Description
The Welcomist is a customer-experience role in the Customer Experience team, responsible for welcoming clients, building relationships, managing queues, supporting sales colleagues with returns and reservations, coordinating appointments, overseeing store events, and supervising external suppliers and food and beverage supplies. The position is a full-time fixed-term contract lasting two months, with an indicative starting gross annual salary of €27,000, eligibility for an annual incentive plan, and a €10 meal voucher per working day.
