Description
Karman Industries is hiring a Weld Engineer to lead the manufacturing and assembly of turbomachinery for its Thermal01 system. The role owns weld quality, welding procedure development and qualification, ASME and AWS code compliance, non-destructive testing, and field execution for process piping systems. The engineer will collaborate with design and engineering teams, support weld technicians, and troubleshoot complex fabrication challenges. A bachelor’s degree and at least five years of welding engineering experience in aerospace, industrial OEM, defense, or heavy equipment manufacturing are required.
