Baxter is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer – Weld to develop, optimize, and continuously improve welding and fabrication processes in a manufacturing environment. The role supports production troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, welding process and robot-cell development, documentation, quality and regulatory compliance, and technical leadership. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in Welding or Industrial Engineering, at least two years of manufacturing and weld engineering experience, Lean Manufacturing knowledge, and proficiency with welding processes, validation, and CAD tools.
