Description
The Welding Automation Engineer will design and validate weld fixtures, establish welding process parameters, coordinate fixture validation and gauge verification, develop control systems for automated equipment, and perform electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, peripheral-device, and PLC programming and machine validation. The role is based in Salt Lake City, Utah, with travel to Michigan and Colorado Springs, and requires welding-process knowledge, welding-code proficiency, NDT knowledge, and a related engineering degree or equivalent experience.
