Snowline Engineering is hiring a full-time Weld Supervisor in Cameron Park, California, working Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The role assigns and coordinates welding work, supervises welding employees and training, monitors safe and efficient operations, maintains statistical reporting, manages welding supplies, and collaborates with Quality, Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and other department managers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, 4–6 years of supervisor experience in precision manufacturing, familiarity with welding and fabrication equipment, blueprint and tolerance-reading ability, and advanced math and communication skills. Compensation is $38.00 or more per hour depending on experience, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life, retirement, paid time off, and gym membership benefits.
