Description
The Welder performs high-volume production and prototype metal stamping welding, including MIG welding, fixture setup, weld inspection, quality checks against blueprints, tool maintenance, and material handling. The role requires standing, walking, reaching, climbing or balancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds in a manufacturing shop-floor environment, with possible forklift operation, overtime, and cross-training. Preferred qualifications include a GED or high school diploma, 1–3 years of related experience, welding certifications, and basic computer and ERP experience.
