MAT Industries is hiring a 1st Shift Welder to perform production-type welding on a welding line using wire-feed arc welders. The role involves assembling and MIG-welding parts, troubleshooting weld defects, reading blueprints and welding specifications, conducting quality inspections, maintaining equipment, and following safety and production requirements. The position pays $19.50 per hour and includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus, medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits after 60 days of employment.
