Description
The Welder 1st Shift role works Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and performs high-quality welding, interprets measurements, performs basic fabrication calculations, collaborates with team members, completes on-the-job training, and maintains a safe manufacturing environment. The position requires welding proficiency, mechanical aptitude, measurement and math skills, and comfort in a non-climate-controlled, moderately noisy environment; aluminum welding and prior welding experience are preferred.
