Eaton’s ES GDCO division is hiring a Welder - 2nd Shift for its Worcester, Massachusetts manufacturing team. The role performs hand-welding and robotic welding on standard and near-standard assemblies, including component preparation, jigging, deburring, grinding, polishing, and equipment maintenance. The position operates from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and pays $23.00 per hour plus an 11.5% shift differential. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of prior welding experience or a technical welding diploma or certification, and must be within 50 miles of the work location; immigration sponsorship is not offered.
