MAT Industries is hiring a second-shift Welder for its Jackson, Tennessee manufacturing facility. The role pays $22.60 per hour plus a $2.50 shift differential and includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., with possible overtime. Duties include MIG and gas metal arc welding, assembling and welding parts to blueprints, quality inspections, equipment maintenance, repairs, and training junior employees. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, relevant MIG-welding experience, and must pass an on-site MIG weld test.
