The employer is hiring a full-time Steel Construction Welder to work on heavy steel structures and bridge construction projects. The role involves fillet and full-penetration welding with semi-automatic machines and flux-cored wire, welding in multiple positions, interpreting technical drawings, inspecting work, and maintaining a safe workplace. Candidates need welding experience, preferably in steel or structural construction, along with experience using semi-automatic welding and flux-cored wire and the ability to interpret welding symbols. The position follows a two-shift schedule from 6 a.m.–2 p.m. and 2 p.m.–10 p.m., with training, vacation, and other employment benefits.
