Description
The Metal Structures Fitter installs and assembles custom metal structures, including load-bearing structures, staircases, platforms, and production lines, using plans and instructions from a foreman or project manager. The role also includes TIG and/or electrode welding, project contribution, and maintaining a safe and orderly work environment. Candidates need technical education or equivalent experience, an interest in mechanics and structural work, and flexibility with working hours and travel; welding experience is a plus.
