Description
Afinitas is hiring a Welder to inspect and set up welding equipment, read shop drawings and welding specifications, handle and fixture workpieces, preheat materials, perform MIG, FCAW, and GTAW production welding, control inter-pass temperatures, clean and contour welds, apply distortion-control techniques, and inspect welds. The role requires 0–2 years of MIG welding, fabrication-shop, and blueprint-reading experience, with D1.5 knowledge preferred. Compensation is $22–$26 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.
