Description
The Welder fabricates, joins, and repairs complex metal components using MIG and TIG welding techniques in a production environment. The role involves setting up welders, reading blueprints and process sheets, laying out and fitting components, performing in-process inspection, maintaining tolerances, and resolving welding issues. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–4 years of welding experience, AWS D17.1 certification, advanced MIG and TIG skills, and experience with aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel.
