Description
The Welder is responsible for reading and implementing construction drawings, independently welding structural components and standard parts, assembling components, safely handling large components, and performing documented quality checks on weld seams. The role requires vocational training in metalwork, steel construction, or mechanical engineering, hands-on experience with TIG, MIG, and MAG welding processes, independent work with technical drawings, shift availability, and a strong safety awareness.
