Crusoe Energy is hiring a full-time Welder to fabricate and assemble metal components for energy and AI infrastructure projects. The role involves MIG and TIG welding steel, aluminum, and stainless steel; interpreting blueprints; laying out and assembling parts; performing quality inspections; maintaining safety and equipment; and collaborating with operating teams. The position offers a Monday–Thursday day shift from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, requires 2–10+ years of welding experience and a high school diploma or GED, and offers $20–$34 plus bonus compensation along with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
