Description
Dolese is hiring a welder responsible for performing general welding repairs and maintenance on company equipment safely and efficiently. The role requires stick and MIG welding, plasma and torch cutting, blueprint reading, operation of power tools and service-truck equipment, forklift certification, and willingness to work outdoors, travel to sites, and work nights, overtime, and weekends as needed. The position is physically demanding and involves lifting up to 100 pounds, climbing, kneeling, prolonged standing or walking, and exposure to varying weather conditions.
