Ellwood Texas Forge Navasota is hiring a Welder to repair and rebuild closed-die forging dies in a hot manufacturing environment. The role involves MIG and stick welding, weld overlay, die-surface buildup, crack and defect repair, torch cutting, inspection, documentation, and coordination across shifts. Candidates need four years of combined welding education or equivalent hands-on training, with two to three years of practical MIG or stick welding experience preferred. The schedule includes rotating 12-, 10-, and 8-hour shifts, weekends, and overtime, with medical, dental, and vision insurance starting on day one.
