Empire is hiring an Empire Technician to repair and rebuild structurally failed or worn heavy-equipment parts through welding and metal fabrication. The role works in shop and field environments, including adverse weather and remote overnight assignments, and requires welding, blueprint interpretation, service reporting, cost control, safety compliance, and client communication. Candidates need at least six months of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, a current driver’s license, AWS D1.1 and D14.3 certification, and English proficiency. The position offers a day shift on a 7-on-7-off schedule and pays $34.44 to $63.08 per hour.
