Description
Equipment Services Plus is hiring a full-time Welder and Metal Fabricator to maintain safety, quality, and productivity in its welding and fabrication area. The role performs MIG and stick welding, repairs containers and balers, rebuilds truck bodies and roll-off and front-load containers, follows work orders and shop drawings, processes paperwork, maintains supplies and equipment, and prepares materials for shipping. Candidates need welding experience, machine-setup ability, shop-tool operation, physical stamina, safety knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills; TIG or spot-welding experience and certification are preferred. Compensation is $20.00–$25.00, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
