Fathom is hiring TIG welders for a second-shift manufacturing role. Responsibilities include analyzing blueprints and designs, following safety procedures, operating angle grinders and other tools, assembling metal components with calipers, rulers, and clamps, and producing quality work efficiently. Candidates must have at least three years of TIG welding experience on thin-gauge steel, sheet-metal and welding-process experience, the ability to read complex drawings and weld symbols, and a high school diploma or GED.
