G & W Products is hiring Welders for first-shift manufacturing positions in Fairfield, Ohio. The role involves reading blueprints and schematics, aligning and fitting parts, welding and fabricating components according to customer designs, maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping records, and maintaining shop equipment. Candidates need previous manufacturing weld experience, the ability to pass D1.1 and D1.3 weld certification within weeks of hire, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
