Description
JCB is hiring a Welder to perform advanced welding and fabrication operations supporting the production of skid steers, backhoe loaders, and other heavy equipment at its North America headquarters in Pooler, Georgia. The role includes MIG, SMAW, and TIG welding; blueprint and technical-drawing interpretation; equipment setup; fitting, grinding, cutting, and material preparation; weld inspection; material handling; and troubleshooting. Applicants need at least one year of welding and fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment, MIG welding ability, and the ability to pass drug, background, and pre-employment tests. The position is onsite, requires a flexible schedule including Friday through Sunday, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and paid holidays.
