The Welder prepares workpieces and assemblies, performs TIG and MIG welding, conducts visual and quality inspections, follows technical drawings, and grinds weld seams. The role requires technical vocational training as a fabrication fitter or similar, several years of TIG and MIG welding experience, technical-drawing and measuring-instrument skills, German language proficiency, and a careful, independent, team-oriented working style.
