Konecranes is hiring a permanent Welder in Düsseldorf for a 35-hour-per-week position. The role involves checking welding drawings, setting up and adjusting welding machines, selecting filler materials and shielding gas, performing MAG and WIG welding on large steel structural components, reworking weld seams, removing residues, and transporting components up to 100 tonnes with an overhead crane. Applicants need completed vocational training in structural mechanics, welding technology, or a comparable steel-processing profession, valid welding certificates for processes 135 and 136, practical experience with MAG and WIG welding, and the ability to work in shifts.
