The Welder performs independent welding operations on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel using MIG, TIG, laser, and spot-welding processes. The role includes preparing and positioning parts, checking weld quality against plans and customer requirements, performing grinding and sanding, and collaborating with the programming department to improve manufacturing processes. Candidates need basic welding training or professional experience, technical-drawing and 3D-vision skills, measuring-instrument proficiency, and flexibility for a two-shift schedule.
