Description
The City of Montgomery is hiring full-time Welders to complete welding projects throughout the city, including building, installing, and repairing fences; overseeing and coordinating assigned crew members; and performing administrative duties. The current vacancy is with the Parks and Recreation Department, with a second vacancy available. The role pays $19.34–$23.79 per hour, requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. and two years of welding experience, a Welder’s certification, and an Alabama driver’s license, and involves outdoor work with possible on-call availability for emergencies and special events.
