Description
The Welder fabricates metal weldments from aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel by operating TIG and/or MIG welders and weld robots. The role includes setting up and adjusting fixtures, amperage, and pulse; inspecting and measuring workpieces; replacing consumables; adding coolant; and moving materials with an industrial truck or electric hoist. Candidates must be able to operate a TIG and/or MIG welder to meet production expectations and pass the Midmark Weld Test, with assembly experience, mechanical aptitude, hand-tool and measuring-device skills, and English proficiency preferred or required.
