Description
ProFrac Services, a PF Holdings company, is hiring a Welder to perform manual and semi-automatic welding and metal fabrication using multiple arc-welding processes. The role involves preparing, aligning, welding, grinding, inspecting, and measuring metal components; operating welding equipment and hand tools; identifying equipment or material defects; and following safety procedures. A high school diploma and one year of related experience or vocational training are preferred but not required. The position requires physical stamina, English communication, independent and team-based work, and a demanding schedule of 40–60 hours per week with possible overtime and six-day workweeks.
