Description
Sentry Equipment is seeking a Welder IV to perform high-complexity welding projects involving multiple materials and joint configurations, including orbital and/or laser welding systems. The role also supports workflow planning, leads small assembly projects, and trains newer team members. Responsibilities include MIG, TIG, and Stick welding; blueprint and welding-symbol interpretation; joint preparation and fit-ups; finishing operations; safe equipment and crane operation; and documentation. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, blueprint-reading ability, attention to quality, basic computer skills, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and commitment to workplace safety.
