StandardAero is hiring a Welder in Cincinnati, Ohio, to repair and fabricate aviation parts using GTAW and resistance welding. The role involves producing parts from shop drawings, interpreting blueprints and welding specifications, operating metal-shaping equipment, supporting process improvement, cross-training, and following safety requirements. Two shift options are available: a 4/10-hour Monday–Thursday second shift and a 3/12-hour Friday–Sunday weekend shift. Candidates need at least two years of TIG welding experience and two years of blueprint and welding-process-specification experience; aerospace or aviation welding experience, thin-gauge and exotic-metal welding, tool-design knowledge, and trade certification are desired. The position pays $26.41–$39.62 plus a performance-based cash incentive and includes healthcare, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
