The Welder performs demanding TIG welding, prepares and finishes welded components, inspects and documents work quality, collaborates with team members, and works in shift operation. Initial TIG-welding experience of 0–3 years is preferred, while practical skills, independent structured work, attention to detail, and welding certifications are advantageous but not mandatory. The position pays €17.65 per hour depending on experience and offers development opportunities in a growing company.
