The Welder operates power tools and machinery on weld lines, manufactures trailers, reads work orders, performs quality checks and equipment inspections, and maintains a safe, organized manufacturing environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, physical stamina, the ability to lift 80 pounds while standing for prolonged periods, availability for 10-hour shifts with potential overtime, and willingness to undergo a background check.
