Description
The Welder and Metalworker prepares and cleans steel parts, adjusts truck and semi-trailer components, operates MIG and stick welding equipment, replaces consumables, removes weld spatter, records work orders, and follows safety procedures. The role requires practical experience in welding, metalworking, or road-implement refurbishment, familiarity with hand and power tools, physical fitness, and the ability to work in exposed or uncomfortable conditions. The employer offers a formal employment contract under the CLT regime, meals, and on-site facilities.
