Description
The Welder will weld various materials used in the company's product lines, such as truck bodies and specialty vehicles. They will utilize modification and welding skills (minimum AWS 3G/4G level) to repair cab components and others, following blueprints. Responsibilities include fabricating components from raw stock, adhering to detailed instructions, understanding production flows, self-inspecting work, using various tools like hand, electric, cordless, and pneumatic tools, meeting production targets, maintaining a clean workspace, initiating process improvements, supporting 5S, leading lean events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve problems.
