Description
The Welder, Boom Assembly is responsible for MAG welding upper and lower chords on boom assembly components, welding fine-grained steel with controlled preheating and interpass temperatures, processing components according to drawings or QSA, deburring-free grinding, assisting with MT and UT non-destructive testing, and ensuring quality-compliant production. The role requires completed metal-sector training, a valid DIN EN ISO 9606-1 welder qualification, shift availability, and precise working methods; a stationary crane operator certificate is desirable.
