The Compactor Welder fabricates and repairs compactors, containers, and carts under general supervision. The role performs minor repairs, arc, gas, aluminum, brazing, and soft-soldering welding; electrical and hydraulic diagnostics; preventive maintenance; service calls; metal cutting, bending, forming, and layout work; and documentation in fleet maintenance software. It requires one year of previous experience and stick welding, offers a $24.00+ base pay rate with shift and allowance benefits, and provides medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
