Description
Fire Training Structures is hiring an experienced Welder/Fabricator to weld and fabricate storage containers and other structures in its Phoenix shop and at job sites. The role involves MIG welding, blueprint interpretation, equipment operation, structural repairs, custom fabrication, quality and AWS weld testing, safety compliance, inventory support, and coordination with shop personnel. Candidates need prior MIG welding experience, AWS 3G and 4G test eligibility, basic shop equipment knowledge, a clean record and valid driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to work outdoors during summer months.
