Description
The Welder performs custom-fit and upbuild welding on aluminum and steel materials and manufacturing parts and products for the tractor-trailer industry. The role includes interpreting drawings and specifications, using power hand tools, maintaining a safe work area, organizing materials, and assisting with plumbing, mounting, assembly, and wiring. Candidates must pass company weld testing, learn basic math and measurement, communicate effectively, work individually or in teams, and develop mechanical proficiency; tractor-trailer building or service-and-repair experience and manufacturing or mechanical experience are preferred. The position has entry-level, developed-skills, and master-level tiers.
