Description
Trystar is hiring a Welder I for its Faribault, Minnesota facility. The role performs TIG and MIG welding on aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel; prepares and inspects materials; sets welding parameters; inspects welds; handles components; maintains equipment; and supports production monitoring, documentation, and process improvement. The position works the first shift Monday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and requires a high school diploma or GED, five or more years of welding experience, AWS/ASME certification, and the ability to read welding symbols, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
