FAST Global Solutions is hiring a Welder for a weekend shift in Glenwood, Minnesota, running from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Friday through Sunday with overtime as needed. The role involves interpreting blueprints, setting welding parameters, performing flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead welds, inspecting and repairing welds, assembling workpieces, and cleaning finished products. Requirements include a high school diploma, GED, or at least 1–3 months of related experience, basic language and math skills, Microsoft Office and ERP knowledge, the ability to stand for a 10-hour shift and lift up to 50 pounds, depth perception, and the ability to work in varying temperatures and humidity. The position offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus, competitive pay, benefits, paid holidays, PTO, safety shoe reimbursement, and an employer-funded ESOP contribution.
