ITW Welding GmbH is hiring a Welder (m/f/d) for its welding laboratory in Altleiningen. The role involves evaluating new welding-wire product developments, performing and supporting mechanical quality tests and technical examinations, preparing test documentation, training customers and dealers, providing customer-support and occasional on-site assistance, supporting product demonstrations, and contributing to product and process improvement. Candidates need metal-sector vocational training, knowledge of materials science, metallurgy, and welding technology, experience with MAG welding and flux-cored electrodes, strong German and English skills, and a structured, team-oriented approach. The position offers a 35-hour workweek, no weekend work, and further training opportunities.
