AERB Personal GmbH is hiring a full-time Welder / Metal Fabricator for a long-term assignment in the Augsburg area, with strong prospects of permanent employment. The role involves fabricating welded structures from steel, stainless steel, and aluminum; using TIG and MIG/MAG welding; working from technical drawings; assembling and processing components; and inspecting manufactured parts. Applicants need construction-mechanic or welder training, welding knowledge, technical-drawing ability, manual dexterity, reliability, teamwork, and quality awareness. The position pays from €20.00 per hour and offers vacation and Christmas bonuses after six months, regular pay increases, and access to the employer’s client network.
