FAST Global Solutions is hiring a Welder for its Falls City, Nebraska night shift, which runs from 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Monday through Thursday with overtime on Friday as needed. The role involves interpreting blueprints, setting welding parameters, performing flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead welds, inspecting and repairing welds, assembling workpieces, and maintaining the welding area. Candidates need a high school diploma, GED, or at least 1–3 months of related experience, basic language and math skills, Microsoft Office and ERP knowledge, the ability to stand for a 10-hour shift and lift up to 50 pounds, and depth perception. The position offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus, a $2.50 per hour night-shift differential, and medical, dental, and vision insurance effective upon hire.
