Eaton is hiring a Welder Operator in Hengelo to perform MIG/MAG welding on structures and components in a production environment. The role involves setting up and adjusting welding equipment, checking work quality, following safety and quality standards, resolving production deviations, and assisting with welding robots when needed. Candidates need at least MIG/MAG welding level 2, independent equipment operation, willingness to work a two-shift schedule, and proficiency in Dutch, English, and/or German. The position offers 40 days off per year, training opportunities, and a gross monthly salary of €3,176 to €4,195.
