Lockport Steel is hiring a Structural Steel Welder to fabricate structural steel components and assemblies for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The role involves interpreting shop drawings and specifications, performing MIG and Flux Core welding, setting up and operating welding equipment, inspecting welds, using fabrication tools, and maintaining a safe work environment. The position requires the ability to weld in multiple positions and work with structural steel materials, with structural steel welding experience, AWS certification, and fabrication-facility experience preferred.
