Description
Emerson is hiring a Welder for its Brenham, Texas manufacturing facility to perform basic welding, brazing, and adhesion operations supporting diaphragm seal and related product manufacturing. The role operates resistance seam and TIG welding equipment, inspects products, maintains material traceability, completes production documentation, performs repairs, and follows safety, quality, and lean manufacturing practices. The position is scheduled for a third weekend day shift from Friday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with starting pay of $20–$27 plus a $2.00 per hour shift differential. A high school diploma or GED, basic engineering-drawing interpretation, inspection-tool use, ISO training, mechanical aptitude, and U.S. work authorization are required; previous welding or manufacturing experience is preferred. Visa sponsorship is not provided.
