The role manages people and materials, estimates projects, plans on-site execution, oversees purchasing and subcontractors, handles variations and claims, prepares documentation, manages quality and procedure tests, and develops welding procedures. Candidates need a civil engineering or comparable degree, Welding Engineer (IWE) qualification, several years of utility pipeline construction experience, VOB knowledge, IT and MS Office skills, and a class B driver’s license.
