Borusan Berg Pipe is hiring a full-time Welding Engineer for its Panama City location. The role leads welding technicians and process engineers, develops welding procedures and quality-control practices, approves SAW and GMAW welding parameters, maintains welding databases and KPIs, troubleshoots welding quality issues, and supports training and equipment trials. Candidates need at least two years of welding experience in a steel manufacturing business, knowledge of major pipe-welding codes, statistical analysis skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; metallurgical, materials, or welding engineering education and experience with Minitab, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and welding certifications are preferred.
