Minth is seeking a dynamic and driven Welding Engineer to join their fast-growing global company in the automotive sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and evaluating welding processes, verifying and updating parameters, implementing and reviewing processes for accuracy and rationality, resolving technical issues to improve efficiency and reduce costs, and managing on-site welding automation and robot application projects. They will also be involved in personnel skill training and technical documentation.
